High Vista HOA contacted us about their drainage system renovation. They were preparing for road work in the summer of 2024 and contacted us in the spring of 2023 about helping with a whole-system drainage renovation project for the development that consisted of swale clean outs and replacing old and corroded corrugated metal culverts (CMP’s).

They originally had a drainage study performed by Brooks Engineering (now CDG, inc) in which they identified approximately 110 individual locations throughout the community where the drainage system needed attention. They had already used other contractors to complete approximately 25 of the repairs, but then contracted with us on a phased basis to complete an additional 85 repairs. Our scope included swale clean outs, culvert replacement, asphalt curbing and consultation in order to prioritize and better understand drainage issues that were affecting the community.
